Senior Art Director - Spring 2025
I worked as a Senior Art Director on the Texas State University Student Advertising Team. I worked on brand activations, brand partnerships, and art direction for our campaign.
Our Campaign won 1st Place at the District, State, and National level.
How Do We Connect to Our Audience?
Our demographic was huge.
What do 18-35 year olds even have in common?
With the “Ways to say Hey!” Lego set, we find a common ground. Adults and kids alike can find a bit of fun with this collectable set.
Learn (or take a trip down memory lane) by building the history of the telephone. Just like Alexander Graham Bell.
Building Community
When thinking of a collab, we wanted to find a way to get people involved.
With the release of the “Ways to Say Hey!” Lego set, We wanted to create a way to bring the community together.
Fun Fact: We actually made the keychains for our presentation!
At this event, participants would receive a blue or white Lego mini-figure.
With Lego, you have infinite possibilities in how you portray yourself
(kind of like the internet!)
So pick your face and hair and put your Lego figurine on the wall and watch as the word “HEY!” is spelled.
This promotion shows us that together, anything is possible. So go out there an build your own connections, piece by piece!
Say It LOUD!
Whats a festival without a little swag?
And what says “HEY!” better than a giant foam hand?
Nothing does.
That’s why we made a giant foam hand.
At our Hey Day Festival, we wanted to make a point.
Sometimes it’s hard to say “hey’…
But with AT&T’s help, you can say “HEY!’ with the excitement and enthusiasm it deserves.
Helping You Find Your Place
In today’s world, its easy to get lost.
At Hey Day, AT&T helps you make those connections to keep you on track.
The main stage helps you find your voice, the small business market helps you find your passion, and the call booth can help you find what matters most.
There’s a lot to keep track of.
That’s why I made this map to help you stay connected.
The Real Connections
I didn’t do this alone.
This was an effort by 30 of the most talented advertising students in the nation.
Throughout the course of this campaign, I made real connections that made me feel confident in my future in advertising.
Our teamwork is what helped us win 1st in the district, region and nation. Our win is proof that Connecting Changes Everything.
